Benefits of Becoming a Member:
Whether you are trying to make a difference in the lives of your students, teaching newcomers to the field to be the best they can be, or conducting research in the field of second language learning, PRTESOL will connect you to a community of professionals involved in the field of teaching English to speakers of other languages and bilingual education. Membership in PRTESOL is open to teachers, college professors, students, administrators, researchers, curriculum developers, tutors, volunteers, and other interested individuals.
To become a member, please register online using PRTESOL’s online membership registration service or complete the registration form provided. Student membership applications must be accompanied by verification of full-time enrollment (e.g., current semester registration). Please email verification of full-time enrollment and registration form to membership@prtesol.org. Membership will remain inactive until all documentation is received and reviewed, which may take up to two days. You will not be able to register for the PRTESOL Annual Convention at the member rate until this process is completed.
NOTE: Membership in PRTESOL is separate from membership in the TESOL International Association.
