Dear members of our esteemed association,

 

It is an honor to be the president of a prestigious association that serves thousands of teachers islandwide. Our professional association has served English teachers for more than fifty years. Throughout the years, we have positively influenced the lives of our members, providing them with professional development, scholarships, awards, opportunities to publish research-based papers, and networking with distinguished scholars during our social and academic activities. We are all accountable and have set attainable goals and objectives to maintain our high standards of excellence.

 

As members of this association, we are responsible for serving as role models for our leading educators and our students.  We are here to serve, support, and help them achieve their personal and professional goals. So, let us continue to uphold our values of integrity, respect, selfless service, and professionalism in all that we do. I am confident that together, we will make significant contributions to TESOL and the field of education.

 

I am grateful for PRTESOL's unwavering support and commitment to our shared cause. Likewise, our chapters include outstanding and devoted leaders committed to serving our clientele with optimism and determination. Thank you to the Board of Directors for their dedication and hard work.
